Untether is a self-help application designed to support users through heartbreak and emotional recovery. The app provides tools including daily check-ins, guided exercises, a memory vault, and an AI-powered coach.

Not a Substitute for Professional Help

Important: Untether is not a replacement for professional mental health care. Our app is a self-help tool and should not be considered therapy, counseling, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a mental health professional or crisis line immediately.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions & Payments

Untether offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings
Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store policies

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with the proper functioning of the app
Upload malicious content or engage in harmful behavior

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Untether are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Untether shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.
